¿QUE ES UN TELECENTRO?

Los telecentros son puntos de acceso a Internet situados en poplaciones rurales, que garantizan una conexión adle o vía satélite gratuita. De este modo se pretenden mejorar las condiciones de vida de zonas desfavorecidas y potenciar las iniciativas, que a través de internet puedan llevar a cabo sus habitantes.
